Ensuring the SAIZAR family’s ability to lead a team of specialists and move towards ambitious goals. Currently, management is delegated to a team of professionals with the necessary training and experience to continue driving and leading the various projects in which the company is involved.
In 2002, after analysing market needs, SAIZAR began to develop its strapping projects in response to the lack of attention, service and performance that existed in the sector, a key factor in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Our activity focuses on the design, manufacture, installation and marketing of automatic strapping machines for steel and polyester strapping, as well as automatic packaging lines for the steel industry. All this with a clear focus on innovation and the development of new products that bring real benefits to our customers.
In a market dominated by large multinationals, at SAIZAR Strapping Machines we stand out by offering our own innovative product, with international patents, high-quality technology and responsive after-sales service to quickly respond to any need.
We remain committed to moving forward with our vision of a global company and continuing to meet the needs of our customers. To date, more than 350 automatic strapping machines have been installed.
Facilities
Pavilion I (1500m2)
One of the facilities has a total area of 1,500 m2 where various cutting, welding and machining tasks are carried out on different components. To carry out these tasks, SAIZAR has a young, specialized and trained team, as well as all type of machinery, including machining centers, lathes, drills, welding and cutting equipment, etc. At these same facilities, SAIZAR has offices with a capacity of up to 200 m² to provide the necessary technical support during the manufacture of the different components.
Pavilion II (3000m2)
The other facility has a total area of 3,000 m2 where painting, installation, assembly and commissioning of the Automatic Strapping Machines and packaging lines are carried out. These facilities are new and modern, facilitating the aforementioned tasks for the development of the equipment to be manufactured. To carry out the aforementioned tasks, SAIZAR has the necessary resources and personnel, which enable the manufacture of high-quality equipment. In turn, in these new facilities, we have offices with a capacity of up to 300 m2, where the Technical Office, Administration and Export tasks are carried out.
