SAIZAR offers two types of wrapping machines: one designed for wire coils, applying the wrapping through the inner diameter of the coil, and another designed for sheet metal coils, applying the wrapping around the perimeter of the product. 

Their purpose is to integrate the wrapping process into the production workflow, ensuring that the product leaves the line not only strapped, but also properly prepared for safer handling, more organised storage, and dispatch, with additional protection.

We design each automatic wrapping machine according to the type of product, its geometry, its dimensions, and the way it integrates with the rest of the production line.

Radial wrapping

At SAIZAR, we offer different automatic wrapping machines for radial wrapping applications, capable of applying the wrapping through the inner diameter of the wire coil. This configuration is particularly suitable when the process requires work to be carried out in that area of the coil while maintaining the operational logic of an automatic production line. With this application, both the inner and outer sections of the wire coil are protected.

Peripheral Wrapping

We also work with automatic wrapping machines for peripheral wrapping, designed to operate on the cylindrical surface of the outer diameter of steel coil packs. This configuration is intended for coil packs where external protection is an integral part of the packaging process. In addition, alongside peripheral wrapping, a top layer of plastic is often applied to protect the inner diameter of the coil from above.

Integration into Packaging Lines

We do not approach the wrapping system as a standalone machine, but rather as equipment that can be integrated into a complete line. This means that strapping can be carried out before the wrapping process, and weighing and labelling can be performed afterwards.
